A Leeds team, not a call centre

How much does a new bathroom cost?
Full bathrooms start at £5,950 fitted, en-suites at £4,800. Most of our clients spend £7,000–£12,000. Your quote after the home visit is fixed — it won't go up.
Can you really fit a bathroom in 7 days?
Yes, for most bathrooms and en-suites. Everything is delivered before day one and the same team stays on your job until handover. Layout changes that move the soil pipe can add a day or two, agreed up front.
Will I have a working toilet during the fit?
If it's your only bathroom, we keep a toilet connected every evening except for one day, and tell you which day well in advance.
Can I choose my own tiles and suite?
Of course. We supply everything at trade prices and bring samples to the home visit, but we're just as happy to fit tiles and fittings you've chosen yourself.
Is the shower properly waterproofed?
Every wet area is fully tanked with a membrane system before tiling, and walk-in showers get a proper fall to the drain. It's what our 10-year guarantee is built on.
Do you take away the old bathroom?
Always, and it's included in the price — including the rubble, which is most of it.
How do payments work?
A 10% deposit to order materials, 60% when work starts and the final 30% only after the handover walkthrough.
